Plugin install failed.
Noticed on that when previous users experienced this issue, support requested temp login credentials. I will follow this message with url and login.

If you’re upgrading from the Lite version of BB from WP.org then you will need to deactivate and delete BB Lite first before installing BB.

You first need to remove the stable version prior to installing the alpha/beta version of the plugin.
