An error occurred while updating bb Theme: Update package not available

Hi:

I am getting the following message when trying to upgrade from the WP dashboard.

An error occurred while updating Beaver Builder Theme: Update package not available.

The BB plugin license is enabled an active. Not sure why this isn’t working.

Hosting provider for this site is WPEngine.

Hey Nigel,

I do experience that kind of error occasionally. I simply just do the update again and it works. Could you try that? Also, could you reinsert the license key on the settings page, resave it, and see if it works by then? Let us know how it goes!

I tried it multiple times last night but just tried it again and this time it worked.

I guess time to mark this one resolved.
