Background video in Safari Version 8.0.3

Hi,

I have a background video attached to a row. I have moved the video up using negative margin to ensure it is at the top of the content area. Looks good on Chrome (ff un tested) but in safari there is no video…?

I thought they were both webkit browsers so I don’t see why only one displays the video?

Hey Vincent,

No worries on the login. Unfortunately Safari doesn’t support Webm video. MP4 is going to be your best bet for cross-browser support. See here for more info: http://www.w3schools.com/html/html5_video.asp. Sorry about that.

I just did a quick Google, not sure if this tool works well, but you could try converting the video on this site: http://www.zamzar.com/convert/webm-to-mp4/.
