BB Layouts Not Showing After Site Migration

I have BB Pro and I have opened a support ticket with them about it, but I still don’t have a resolution.

We had our live site and our staging site on an AWS server. We use WordPress. The live site uses Visual Composer as a page builder and the staging site, which has a new look and new content, uses Beaver Builder Pro. After unsuccessfully being able to migrate our live site to SiteGround (new, dedicated, managed hosting/server), we moved the staging site to SiteGround’s server, hoping the migration would go well. But the staging site’s page layouts are just gone on 90% of the pages. I can see images and text, the H1-H4 styles are correct, but none of the layout styling is there. I’m a designer, not a developer, so I’ve done as much as I can.

We were hoping to replace our current live site with the staging site this weekend, but we just can’t overcome these layout problems.

This is what the staging site should look like: https://new.commonlook.com. This is how the site looks after the migration https://staging.commonlook.com.

We have talked to SiteGround and the theme developer, but they say the issue is with Beaver Builder. The BB support team says they don’t know what’s going on because there is no error message.

Does anyone have any idea what could be going on? I cleared the cache and deactivated plugins. Nothing helps. I’m a designer, not a technical person.

Thank you,
Susan
