Newly built website seems to jump and flashes (blinks) on certain browsers when resized for medium and small devices. The bottom scroll option appears and disappears every few seconds. I can’t seem to work out why, I have used BB so many time and have never experienced this issue before. Has anyone else experienced this issue or can help guide me. Thank you!
