Beaver Builder doesnt work

Hey,

Beaver builder does not work. No matter what theme I choose. Help me please.

Hey Sebastiaan,

I’m getting a 404 error on that page for the BB assets. I’ll post the screenshot in a separate private reply. Make sure we have a read/write access to the directory /uploads/bb-plugin/cache.

Thanks for the support. We will look at it. Normally we have never had problems with the access. Could this be the hosting?

Hey Sebastiaan,

Sorry, not really sure what I was thinking when I posted my reply above as it is clearly missing information. Yes, you’ll need to contact your hosting company and make sure you have read/write access to /wp-content/uploads/bb-plugin/ and possibly /wp-content/uploads/bb-theme/.
