Can't Choose Templates on Page Attributes

Hi,

I need to be able to turn off the header/footer for some PPC pages. I can’t get them to display. I am using the agency plugin and theme with the child theme. My child theme is default named. Any help?

I am now seeing this message and am unsure why.

Name Description
bb-theme-child Template is missing.

It seems that someone had deleted the child theme comments.

I restored this and it seems to have fixed the issue.
