Can't install paid version.

Ok total nube here, please excuse.

Upgraded but can’t seem to get going. Read the support files under this topic but still no go.

I had the lite version. I upgraded, then uninstalled and deleted the lite version. When I go to install the basic bb zip it says it can’t be uploaded because “The uploaded file exceeds the upload_max_filesize directive in php.ini.”

Also, do I not only upload this basic bb file but also later in sequence the other two that are included in the welcome kit, the BB custom module one and the custom module examples? I guess I do that after the first one, if I am ever able to …

Hi Warren,
You need to increase the max size that PHP allows you to upload.
Depending on what sort of hosting you have, it usually requires asking support to do this for you.
The BB Pro plugin is just over 5 Meg
The other zips are not required (unless you are using the BB theme of course).

I’d suggest setting up the upload_max_filesize directive to about 8MB. Like what Dave said, your hosting company can take care of this for you.
