Cant use a saved template row

Hi everybody! first of all thanks in advance for any help you can give me

Im trying to use some template rows i saved but they are just not showing up (not available) when I’m editing a page.
Please see attached image.
any ideias ?

Do you have User Templates disabled?

You’ll find that setting in WP Admin under Settings > Beaver Builder > Templates
