Configuring client access to Beaver Builder plugin

Hey - wondered if anyone had a solution to this. Is there a way to configure client access to Beaver Builder so that they can only see and access Saved Modules?

I use Wallace Inline which is helpful to ensure that clients only change content within an existing design. But sometimes clients want to add a button or a new module and it would be really helpful to them if I have configured those ahead of time as a saved module.

This could be a starting point to filter modules displayed in the panel based on the user role:
