Create a floating contact form (Ninja Forms) over slider

I’d like to create a contact form that will float over the slider, so that it doesn’t change with the images. I’m not sure the best way to go about doing this. Any suggestions?

Hey Randy,

I would go about this using a row background slideshow and just pull out a 2 column layout on top in that row with the contact form module in either column. Hope that helps!

Ah, just noticed you would like to do this with a Ninja Form. In that case, you’ll need an HTML widget in one of the columns for the form shortcode or if Ninja Forms offers widgets, you could use that as well.
