Enabling remote updates

After installing and activating the Page Builder plugin (Standard), I entered my email address under Settings > Page Builder while logged into my site and saved the subscription settings. However, I continue to see a notification stating, “FastLine Themes Subscription — Not Active!”

Is this a problem?

Hi John! Sorry you’re having trouble. What web host are you on? I double checked the order, and the email you signed up with is active. It sounds like your server might not be able to ping ours. Possibly a firewall issue? You might try contacting your web host and see if they can white list our domain.
