Error with latest update

HI, I get this warning and cannot enter my website. I have deactivated all the plugins except beaver builder and still have the problem.

Hi Jane,

According to your error message, you have renamed the bb-plugin directory to bb-plugin_old. Is there a reason for this?

Can you also provide both temp admin access and FTP access, please?
