Footer Widget Under Comments

How do i make a Footer widget (to show a menu) show below the wordpress comments?

My footer is here http://www.everyonesparty.org/

Example page here http://www.everyonesparty.org/about-menu/

Thanks

Brian

Hey Brian,

I’m not quite sure I understand what you are trying to do here. Would you mind clarifying by chance?

Best,
Billy

If you look at my home page you will see the menu at bottom.

All my other pages on the site have Comments activated.

When i insert the menu it wont go under the Comments box, it will only go above it.

I need the menu to sit in the same place as ny home page does.

Hope this is clearer

Ah I think I see what you mean. In order to get that underneath the comments, you would need to use the shortcode in a footer widget. That is the only way you can get content under the native WordPress comments as the content area that BB operates in sits above comments. Thanks for clarifying!

Billy

Hey Brian,

BTW, you’ll need to activate the footer widgets site-wide in order to use them on your other pages. Feel free to send along temp admin access and I can login and take a look as well!

[Content Hidden]

Hey Brian,

Ok, so I see that you created the homepage footer with BB which is totally fine. However, BB content will always reside above the comments on the other pages. The only way to get those under would be to activate and use widgets. In the theme customizer, you can activate footer widgets in the Footer section. Once you activate them, you can then insert your content into the widgets area in your dashboard. Hope that helps!

FYI - I’m looking into the contact form buttons now.

Best,
Billy
