Full Screen Home Page, Hidden Nav Bar, Shrinking Nav Bar?

There is an example of a full screen home page. That’s also an example of a page where the nav bar is hidden until the page is scrolled.

I am actually using Agency on another site and love it, but I don’t see how it can do any of these things. That said, I don’t have the package that includes the BB Theme, so perhaps these are functions that only work on Layouts if you are using the BB Theme?
