Global setting for hiding comments

I know it is here somewhere, but I cannot find it. Could you please direct me to the global setting for turning off comments?

Hey John,

There isn’t a global setting to turn off comments. You would need to use a plugin or go page by page and disable comments. Disable Comments is a great one that you can set/forget and is lightweight. Hope that helps!
