For some unknown reason my header menu seems to have changed its appearance see image. When it builder mode it appears correct horizontal line. However when I publish the menu changes to what you see. Can anyone explain?
Looks like a UABB menu, what did they say when you asked them?
Sorry did not see your message. I did not contact them as I thought it was a BB menu
