Hello BB team!

Unfortunately, no, on the hover effect. We have animation built in to all modules which can be accessed via the advanced tab of each, but it isn’t as elaborate as the example you provided. I’m not aware of any plugin that does that and if there was one out there, it wouldn’t really be able to be used on BB modules. I haven’t had a chance to try it yet, but one of our users just released something like this that may be of interest - http://forum.wpbeaverbuilder.com/support/q/freebie-hover-cards/.
