How do I pause and hide a video in the BB video module

I have read a similar response for the row background video:

Hi there, I am wondering if it is possible to pause a Background Video when an action is taken in that row? So when someone clicks a button, the background stops. Any suggestions on this? Many thanks! John

But I want to pause and hide a video using the BB video module.
