# How to display featured image in posts

Featured images appear on the archive pages but not in the post itself. There are no settings to achieve this. How can I get this done? Is there a plugin you can recommend?

Hi Dipo,

That feature is something we have planned for the future in our theme. I’m not sure of a plugin that accomplishes that, but in the meantime, you can manually add an image into the post just using the WordPress editor.

This is also a feature I’d also like to see implemented. A popup choice with “Hidden/Above Post/Beside Post” in the “Theme Settings/Blog/General” for the Featured Image on a single post would really be helpful.
