Hey Alexandra,

Do you mind sending temp admin access to your site so we can take a look at that Menu module issue?

Billy - I wanted to share with you the response back from the “WP Content Copy Protection & No Right Click” folks. Sounds like they can’t help and I sure don’t not see any error details. Where would I find them.

Hey Alexandra,

I’m seeing the Menu module horizontally, centered, and without submenus - see screenshot. I think the problem here is caused by your hosting cache, Varnish. Try hitting the Purge Varnish button right on top every now and then. We’ve no control over that, I don’t even think there’s a way to disable it. Try asking your hosting company.

Re Global templates, check the link below. This shows you how to use them.

Gosh - this is unbelievable - I was using Purge Varnish. I wonder if it had something to do with disabling all the plugins and restarting them because I am tell you it did not work. So I just created the Global Footer.

I added in to my Shop Tab - Originals - at the bottom and this is what it looks like when I published it and I purged varnish. It went back to no formatting. What do you think

Hey Alexandra,

I checked the page and seeing the correct layout. Aside from caching on your hosting side, there’s also caching on your browser. Try doing a hard refresh after publishing the page and purging the Varnish cache. Check the link below on how to do it.

You could also check the page on a different browser. That’s what I usually do when building sites. These caches tend to be such annoyances.

Ben

okay -i will try the hard refresh

I am so excited - I finally got my footer and adding it.

until my next issue -thank you guys : )

Hi Billy,

How did you get the product detail pages to have the same look as the rest of your site that you built with Beaver Builder? From what I understand, you can’t use Beaver Builder to customize the actual product detail page. Here is the page I am referencing:

Thanks.

Hey Derek,

Nothing special for the product pages actually, those are default WooCommerce. I only used BB on the main product pages by creating my own and pulling in the WooCommerce module. Hope that helps!

Best,
Billy
