I have no idea what this means, can somebody help me out please?
Hi Gabriele,
The issue is caused by the Tesseract theme attempting to use a file that no longer exists in BB after version 1.7.6. We have removed that file and now load it via a CDN.
Therefore, to resolve your issue you’re going to need to downgrade to version 1.7.5 until the Tesseract team release a fix.
To downgrade to version 1.7.5. please, contact our help desk and they can provide you with a 1.7.5 .zip.
