License issue

I have just moved a website over to my server. They already had BB on it and active. The past host was no longer an active hosting company.
So I have completed the transfer and was going to add my active BB License to the website, to ensure the BB plugin remains up to date. The thing is, the license just does not seem to be registered within the license page. I don’t want to wait until an issue arises before acting on this. Want to ensure my license is installed.

If you’ve moved website and is using the same domain then make sure that the domain has not been deactivated by going to My Account > Domain Manager > Manage Domains. Give it a shot and let us know how it goes.

Ah yes, worked well… it was good to remove deactivated websites too… must remember this one for next time.
