Anyone know of a module (not post related) that allows you to add multiple items (like news articles) with pagination. Again, not post related.

The only module in Beaver Builder that supports pagination is the Post module. Also, only post types support pagination so if you want to have paged content that isn’t a page or post this will likely not be possible.
