Just started using the plugin and I cannot get the media upload to work for the portfolio module. I have updated Java and tried to use it in Chrome and Firefox. There is no other page builder enabled.

Sorry I had to move your reply as a new topic. What happens when you try inserting a new image? Are you getting an error message? Do you think you can share temp admin access to the site so we can check? You can post access details here using the private reply option below.
