My Support Ticket posts are not being taken into the queue

My Support Ticket posts are not being taken into the queue. I’m on latest version of Chrome.

I will sign into my BB account, create the SUpport Ticket, hit submit, and when I check my Support queue, the tickets are not there. I have opened three tickets, and none have may it in.

Any info would be appreciated.

What username or email are you using? Neither mshuang or the email address you are using on this forum are in our database.

We do have some tickets from this email address from 6 months ago, nothing recent.

Thanks, pross. It’ll be under un “sbassuci” (we are all staff at the university on the same team). Just made a ticket a few hours ago and it didn’t show, and also the ticket I made perhaps 3 days ago also did not show.
