I created a site and on the home page and product page the pictures in the callout box are all different sizes.
Is there an Optimal Image Size that we should create when uploading photos?
Oh… and it happened on my personal blog too.

The image size is set, but for some reason none of the images show up the size I set them.
What am I missing?

Here is a great blog post our buddy, Colin, over at Dynamik Beaver wrote recently that has really helped people with this sort of question. In addition, you can always play with the crop option for each image which will help with consistency as well. Let us know if you need anything further!
