I added the Icons module from the BB plugin folder to my BB Child theme /fl-builder/modules/ folder. I then opened settings.js and change true to false in the file. Saved the changes and the override version of Icons was working as intended.
Therefore, in the module you linked above, what changes have you made, as the settings.js file is identical to the default file?
Also, how have you renamed the wp-content folder so I can try and do this on my end, as this may be a factor as well.
