# Page dissapeared

Was making some updates to my home page. After saving I can’t get into my site.  
The page builder won’t launch either.  
The content on the site I find if I use the text editor

Hey Oystein,

Can you try reinstalling the theme? You’ll have to deactivate it first, delete it, then reinstall it. I’d suggest taking a backup copy of the site though just as a precaution. If the same thing is happening after reinstalling it, can you send FTP access to your site as well so we can dig deeper?

Hi Øystein,

You’re receiving this error because you haven’t removed the theme like Ben mentioned. The bb-theme folder already exists so a new one can not be created. Please, delete the bb-theme folder and then try installing again, please.

To send FTP access, please mark you response as a private and provide your FTP details in your reply.
