I have published my site so it was on a temporary url http://204.44.69.58/~orbswarblers and it now is http://orbawarblers.com everything works except the photo module it cannot access the media folder. Please can you help as I need to do some updates.
I upgraded to Pro hoping it would solve the problem without success still the same problem can’t access the Media Folder.

Before you moved your site, was the temp URL also running WordPress 4.5? As I believe your issue may be related to a bug introduced in WP 4.5.
Can you provide temp admin access so we can take a closer look, please?

Thanks! We’ve actually discovered this issue recently and were working with various people to find a solution for this. You can read more about the discussion here and Justin has just released a patch that should resolve this. It requires you to add a bit of code, you can check it out here if you’re up for it.

Unfortunately, we can’t apply this fix unless we have FTP access to your server. Also, please be aware this issue isn’t caused by Beaver Builder, but WordPress itself.

We have just released version 1.7.7 of the plugin which contains a temp fix for this issue, at least until WP fixes it. Can you go ahead and update and see if you get the same thing?
