Problems using BB on a new site.

It won’t let me update BB. It needs to update as per this screenshot: http://puu.sh/hbba7/85fc4515e4.png.

When I go to ‘subscribe now’ it just brings me to the sales page.

I click ‘de-activate’ and then ‘activate’ and it introduces a header at the top of the page saying, “BeaverBuilder Activated. Click here to enable remote updates”.

I go to that page which is PageBuilder settings, and I put in my licence number and it then tells me that my updates and support subscription is active. But when I return to my plug-ins page, nothing has changed.

So I’m stuck and would appreciate help sorting this out.

Hi Tracy,

Please try the following:

  1. Deactivate the Beaver Builder plugin
  2. Delete the Beaver Builder plugin (don’t worry, all your settings will remain)
  3. Download the latest version of Beaver Builder from your member area
  4. Re-install and Re-activate the Beaver Builder plugin

That should solve the problem, but if it doesn’t please let us know.
