Some clients of ours are particular on the order of their social icons. I’d like to suggest adding a drag-and-drop interface in the customizer to allow a custom order.
I’d also like to suggest a dropdown for the icon – I know that sometimes our designers want the bird for Twitter instead of the t, and changing it in the css is not a big deal, but I think other bb-theme users may appreciate it.
What would be really neat is repeater field for the icons which would allow users to add whatever icon/url they want…but it looks like that’s not implemented in the customizer API. Since the theme repository is requiring devs to use the customizer instead of a theme options panel, I’m sure it’s a matter of time before we get all the bells and whistles.
