Please help me find a way to setup a nice scrolling behavior for my website.
I’am looking for a solution where i the oppotunity to set a ancher to a specific section, so that when i hit the scrollwheel once, it will jump down to the first section, and scroll once more it jumps down to the next section. NOT BY HITTING A LINK OR BUTTON, only using scrollwheel.
