Spaces Are Now Being Removed from Template Literals in Layout JavaScript

We switched to a different minify tool as the old one did not support modern PHP and was abandoned.

Looks like there is a bug open upstream for this

In certain cases nested template literals seem to cause some spaces being remove…d. These seem to work fine, and the minified output is the same: ```js console.log(`aa ${`bb cc`}`); console.log(`aa ${true ? `bb cc` : `bb cc`}`); console.log(`aa ${`a bb cc`}`); ``` In these cases some spaces get removed: ```js console.log(`aa ${`, bb cc`}`); console.log(`aa ${`. bb cc`}`); ``` When minified: ```js console.log(`aa ${`,bb cc`}`); console.log(`aa ${`.bb cc`}`); ```
