Subscribe form not working

Hello,

I have Beaver Builder theme (1.4) and plugin (1.7.5) installed on website http://xtribeonline.com I have the latest updated versions. When I use the subscribe form it doesn’t trigger a “Success” message or a redirect to url http://xtribeonline.com/thank-you. The page just hangs and doesn’t do anything.

But the weird thing is the email does get captured in Aweber so the email is being collected but it doesn’t trigger a response for someone to know that the email was captured.

I also noticed that the success message triggers when I am logged in as Admin, but when I log out as a website visitor it doesn’t trigger the message.

Can you provide temp admin access to your site, please? Also, do we have permission to disable plugins if required?

Hi Anthony,

The issue is related to the WP Video Lightbox plugin. Is it possible for you to switch that plugin out of your site and try Robby’s solution on this topic - http://forum.wpbeaverbuilder.com/support/q/video-lightbox/

Also, you have a bunch of Danny or DannyCool email addresses that you’re probably going to want to remove.
