Is it possible in future agency versions of the plugin to have a white label version of the Knowledge Base made available (perhaps importable pages?) so instructions can be made available to our clients?
At present, even if we change the theme and plugin name within the main control panel, the instruction tools available are 1.0 BB themed 2.0 only available on the BB website behind the login wall.
Unfortunately, most of our support materials would be difficult to white label and probably wouldn’t work for most clients anyways since we’re targeting designers, developers, and implementers here. However, we do give you the option to change the links in the help button to point to your own support channels. Feel free to borrow whatever you need from our site to make help pages on your site. Sorry I don’t have a better answer at this time.
