Templates not showing

Hello,

The standard BB templates are not there when I make a new page. I get a pop-up with Layout Templates at the top, but not any templates to chose from.

When I started with the website it showed all the templates. A lincense key is installed. All layout templates are activated. This is the second website where I have this problem.

Can you please help me with this issue?

Hey Bart,

Thanks for getting in touch! When I’m on a test page, I’m getting a 404(missing) error on one of the BB files. I checked via FTP and it isn’t really there. Have you tried reinstalling the plugin? Let us know how it goes!

Hello Ben,

Thanks for your quick reply. Reinstalling helped, it’s working now.

Any idea how this happened, so I can prevent it from happening again?

Hey Bart,

Not really sure but it’s quite possible that the file got corrupted while you were installing the plugin. You said this is the second site you were having this problem though, how did you fix the first one?
