When I drag a new Text Editor module to the column, it just disappears, does not stick in the box?
Hey Roy,
Thanks for getting in touch! Problems like these are usually caused by a plugin conflict. Let’s have you go through the plugin deactivation route, i.e., disable all plugins and test the Beaver Builder while reactivating each to determine if the issue is related to a 3rd party plugin. Let us know how it goes!
Ben
Hey Ben,
The issue is only on One page, if I create a new page, the editor works fine.
Thoughts?
Hey Roy,
Do you mind shooting temp admin access to the site so we can check the backend? You can use the private reply option below.

Tried logging in but the credentials doesn’t seem to work. Could you check?

Try again, this time I tested it
Hey Roy,
The problem seems to be happening when our Callout module is used. Do you mind updating the BB plugin to the latest version? I’m also receiving a JS error every time I added a Text Editor module to the field so it’s really a conflict with either one of the plugins of the theme you are using. Is this a live site?
Ben
Hi Ben,
Agreed, I create a new page, and add the callout module, then cannot add a texteditor. Remove the Callout module, and TextEditor works. What is strange, is that if I duplicate a TextEditor box already on the problematic page, it works fine? Just new ones don’t work.
Yes, updated to the latest version of BB.
Before I go thru the Plugin marathon, can you confirm that on other sites, adding a TextEditor box on a page with a Callout is working. Just want to make sure this is not a platform issue.
Thanks.
Hey Roy,
Yes, it works on my local dev server and on a lot of users’ sites that I’ve worked on. And as you can see on our homepage, it uses both a Callout module as well as a Text editor module.
