Hey Alexandra,
I think you need to send the entire URL of your site? Sorry but I’m not really sure how WP.com works. I can’t login with the details you gave above.
Ben
Sorry - I know so little about this. What I did was create a subdomain in my hosting site. See if this works. if not I may have to give you the info to my host account and then you click on it there.
I don’t think that is going to work. Let me get you something else.
Hey Alexandra,
That works. Regarding the title on the top of each page, this can easily be removed by going over to the Tools > Edit Global Settings on the Page Builder. Under Default Page Heading, just switch it to No. You may need to clear the BB Cache for this which is found under Settings > Page Builder > Cache.
On your Collections page, that’s because you’re using the Collage layout. Try switching it to thumbnail and they should be in a grid.
Sorry, I can’t seem to find your blog page. Also, did you still need help with setting a background image on the row? I think you’ve done it already on the Hello page. You just need to play around with the row settings. I suggest going over through this article to know more about the modules.

Ben
So you were able to get in to the site? I was creating another entry for you.
I do need help with the background image. Is there an easier way to do it. I have had a lot of problems. I tried the template and it worked but I was trying to make my own. Did you create the Core Templates page.
As far as the blog goes. It is showing up in builder and I even published it. Not sure of the problem. Are you able to take a look at it in Page Builder Mode.
you would have to go to Blog Page in the WordPress side and then click on Page Builder and it should populate. You can see in my posts I have three entries there. They all went in to one template and won’t open. I want to use the grid but it looks like it using full page. Maybe a bug??? Or probably me.
Hey Alexandra,
All the Core Templates were made using the Page Builder. I think the problem here is you haven’t have enough exposure to it. Try playing around with it a bit more. The link I’ve sent you above should get you started as it describes what each module can do.
Regarding the Blog Page, for some reason it is being hidden on the frontend. Do you mind upgrading the account to an admin level so I can check further?

Hey Alexandra,
I can now see that your hosting is using Varnish Cache. What you’re seeing are cached pages that’s why it would seem the changes didn’t appear. Hitting the Purge Varnish button up the top should help. I have now cleared it and your blog page is now up. Just play around with the settings and you should be good to go. Just don’t forget to hit the Purge Varnish button every time you make changes.
Also, I noticed you have ZenCache installed. I’d suggest deactivating caching plugins while working on the site as they may cause confusions. You can activate it once you’re done building the site though.

Hey Alexandra,
That is indeed a problem with the code you are using. Unfortunately, it uses the document.write function which doesn’t play very well with BB. You can check the article below for more info.

You might want to get in touch with the Etsy Shop guys and see if there is another way to embed it.

Hey Alexandra,
No worries! The problem earlier was because of your Varnish Cache. But now we got that taken cared of, you should be able to play around.
Enjoy BB!
