When creating a WP page, though the BB tools are available, the drag and drop doesn’t work as there is no visible content area to accept the widgets. I checked the Settings and page post-type is ticked.
No problem when creating a WP post. The content area is visible and accepts the widgets.

Sorry to hear about this problem. Most of the time, these kinds of issues are caused by plugin conflicts. Have you tried disabling all plugins except BB and see if the problem occurs? You can also switch to the default twentyX theme and see if the problem occurs there. Let us know if you’ve already done all of the above and you’re having the same problem.
