Unable to insert icon on text builder

Hi,

I am unable to insert any icon to the text builder. Clicking on “insert icon” does not respond. Am I missing something here? Is there any way to make it working?

Hey Sam,

Is the Insert Icon a feature from a plugin you’ve added? Unfortunately, we don’t support 3rd party plugin enhancements to the Text Editor module as most of them are only coded to work on the backend.

Does it simply render a shortcode/HTML code which contains the icon? You can use the native WP editor to do that, then copy the code it generates, and paste it to the Text Editor module.
