WPML Duplicate bug

Hi guys, I was reading about the issue with duplicating content in WPML which breaks the serialized data and in WPML’s forum Justin offered to make a patch until they release v3.2 which hopefully will fix the issue.

I have a multisite installation and I need to translate content into three more languages, is the patch available?
