ACF default value new force

Hi. Posted this on acf also.
I have posts. I am creating a new ACF pro field with a default value. Existing posts won’t take the new field’s default value. It won’t take it unless I create a new post. I need existing posts to accept the default value of the new field. I found other posts about this problem on ACF, but my problem is that I am doing this with acfpro + beaver builder.
Any ideas?

Thanks. I had seen this topic, and a couple of others, but they involve going into the template. One guy just gave me a suggestion on the ACF forum, I’ll try that and revert if it works.

You will run a query loop and update the post meta.
