Need some help:
I’m using a child of the Pet Inn theme. However, the ‘Add Media’ button in BB is causing some problems. Originally, I had issues using it until I updated all plugins and the version of Wordpress. Then, on my machine, the buttons worked fine in Safari, Chrome and Firefox in private window settings.
However, the other users for the site are reporting they those buttons are not working for them.
Any ideas on how to fix the issue?

Have you tried a default theme? Perhaps its the Pet Inn theme you are both using?
I don’t use the Pet Inn theme - I use the Astra theme. This been an ongoing issue.
Both Add media and the text tab don’t work.

There is no magic solution no, you need to contact support and let them have a look but generally it will be some other plugin that modifies the wp text editor that’ll be the issue.
