Add module "+" element isn't visible in BB editor

Hi…

I have a WP admin account. That account can drop into BB editor on a page and edit existing content. However, the “+” element isn’t available on the menu so no new modules can be added. However, logging in with a different account and the “+” does show in the editor menu.

I’ve checked WP → Settings → BeaverBuilder → User Access and Administrators have full access.

What would cause this issue and how do I fix it?

Look like you have pinned the sidebar, so its already open, no need for the + button.
