Adding BB to another website with an existing license

How do I add and existing BB license to another website? I think I have this ability since it includes “unlimited sites”. I can find the are to input our license.

I’m going to WP admin > settings > page builder

What am I doing wrong?

What happens when you add your license to your new site? As there should be no issue entering your license any unlimited sites.

When you enter your are you getting any error? If so, can you provide a screenshot, please?

I’ve gone through each section and can’t find a place to input our licsense.

Hi Alfirato,

Do you have the Lite version still installed? If so, you will want to download your copy from your Beaver Builder My Account page and install that version.

Be sure to disable the Lite version before enabling the premium version.

I just tried uploading and the file was too big.

The uploaded file exceeds the upload_max_filesize directive in php.ini.

I just went to add new plug-in then upload plug-in.

Yeah, that’s what I meant by WordPress plugin installer. :smiley:

Is it possible for you to provide temp admin access, please? So I can take a closer look. As you should be able to upload a zip that is less than 5Mb.

Provide your sites WordPress admin username and password. Please, be sure to check the “Set as private reply” option when replying.

Hi Alfirato,

So I received the same error message when attempting to install the BB. I recommend you contact your web host provider and inform them of the issue.

They should be able to change the max_filesize via your servers php.ini file.
