I am not sure where to post this. I have beaver builder and need help adding a custom code for Envision cloud, appointment software, to one page maybe to the home also. I dont know much about code, it starts and ends like this <iframe … iframe>
Simply drop a BB HTML Module in your layout and paste the <iframe> HTML code into it.

You’ll find it in the BB Content panel when editing the page in frontend with BB.

OK so i see, i added HTML module and its blank. Could something be interfering?

When you drop the HTML module in the layout, it should show you a blank field, right.

the page is blank once saved. This is supposed to integrate an appointment software into thier website. I thought I would drop this code in and something would show up where you can make appointments. this is all the appointment company has

If not, maybe the code returned by this service breaks the page.
Can you post the code you pasted in the HTML module (hide the custom credentials if there is in the code)?
And can you share a link to this page if it’s online, it would help to check if errors are returned?
I figured it out the company didnt have all the info in the iframe, it should be updated in 24 hours
I put the code in and I can see the options to select a service and provider. Once saved it disappears, any ideas why?
No idea, i don’t know the service you use, i’m not in front of your page…
