On 24th March, I contacted wpbeaveraddons.com regarding some pre-sales questions about PowerPack Beaver Addon to which I got an auto-reply but no reply from them.
On 26th March, I sent them a reminder to which there hasn’t been any reply yet.
Even though I have purchased PowerPack Beaver Addon, I am wondering what kind of company it is who doesn’t bothers to reply to their prospective customers especially considering the fact that we both are located in India.
I wanted to know if anyone had any luck in receiving replies from wpbeaveraddons.com, or I am the only one to not receive any replies from them.
