Automatic Updates with ManageWP

Hey Guys,

I have started building several sites with the Beaver Builder plugin, but I find that it’s the only plugin I use that ManageWP cannot automatically update.

Even when I have my license key in the settings page, it won’t update.

Any way to fix this?

Hey Andy,

If you log directly into the site and check there do you see if an update is available? Or are Beaver Builder updates not showing at all?

ManageWP is telling me an update is available, and when I login there is indeed an update available. However, I can’t remotely update it from ManageWP.

Ah, gotcha. Is manage WP giving you some sort of error message? Or is it that nothing happens at all when you try to update?

Yes, it tries to upgrade the plugin, but then fails. I get a “Failed” message.

Hey Andy,

I’m going to signup for a ManageWP account and test this out on my end. I’ll let you know what I find.

Hey Andy,

I tested this out and was able to update Beaver Builder on a test site through ManageWP. Can you shoot me your license key? Maybe the issue is there.
