Background image not tiling

Hi,

The tile background image feature does not seem to be working in rows - I have it set on ‘tile’ and tried starting position ‘center center’ and ‘top left’ but neither works, it takes the image and increases the dimensions to fit the row size. Searched for ‘tile’ and ‘tiling’ problems on here but nothing came up.

Never mind, figured out Scale has to be set to 'none.
